Our Prices
All prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling (GBP £). The prices of our products may change at any time.

Payments
We can accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal payments via our online checkout.

Safe & Secure
All credit and debit card details are processed by secure servers. We do not see or have access to this information. We only obtain details necessary to process and deliver your purchased items - full name, postal address & e-mail address.

Offline Payments
If you do not wish to make a payment via PayPal we accept postal orders and personal cheques as methods of offline payments. If you would like to pay via one of these methods please contact us with details of your order and deisred choice of payment and we will advise you on who and where to send it to.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £20 to UK customers. For orders under £20 there is a £1.99 charge.

For international orders we charge a flat rate postage fee of £4.99.

UK Delivery
All UK orders are either sent via Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 depending which service you choose. We aim to ship your order within 24hrs of receiving payment so our customers usually receive their orders within 1-2 days.

International Delivery
International orders are sent via Royal Mail's Airmail service which aims to deliver to Western Europe in three working days, Eastern Europe in five working days and seven days to the rest of the world, however this is only a guide and items may take longer.

Order Tracking
Unfortunately we do not use a tracking service with any of our shipments. This is to keep our postage costs to you to a minimum. We will ship via tracked/insured/recorded services upon request - please contact us before placing your order online as additional delivery charges will apply.

Your Info
All of the information that we obtain about you in order to process your order are dealt with in a responsible and secure manner. We will not pass your details on to a third party under any circumstances.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Cookies
With everyone worried about online security these days (quite rightly so) you will be pleased to know that the only cookies we use on our website are to gather anonymous statistics using Google Analytics. This helps us to make improvements to our site for the benefit of everyone.

All products sold via this website are covered by a 1 year warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of our products, including poor after-use storage or general wear and tear. If you do have an issue which you would like to discuss with us, please contact us.

Let Us Know First
If you have a problem with your order we would urge you to contact us before sending the product back, this gives us a bit of prior warning and a heads-up about your particular problem. Also some issues can be resolved without you having to send the item back to us.

If You've Made a Mistake
In all cases where the reason for return is not down to a problem with the product or your order, e.g. you've changed your mind etc., items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be returned in unopened and unused condition. Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer.

If We've Made a Mistake
In cases where the problem is down to the product, your order or otherwise our fault we will take all steps necessary to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Please contact us before sending items back to us so that we are aware of your problem. All postage costs incurred by the buyer when returns made under such circumstance will be fully refunded upon receipt of the returned items.

Will You Charge Me?
We do not charge a fee for handling returned items for whatever reason. In cases where a refund is requested we will refund your payment via the method which you used to make the original payment. If your return is for any reason other than a faulty product or otherwise our mistake return postage costs must be at the buyers expense.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
